Welcoming session 11th June
For all participants not based in Madrid, on the arrival to Madrid airport, you will be transfered to the Only YOU Hotel Atocha. Here you will be given a short time before heading to the venue for the welcoming session, within 20 minutes walking distance.
At 7:30pm guests will start arriving to Real Teatro de Retiro. Following introductory speeches and a destination presentation, we'll immerse ourselves in an evening celebrating Chile, complete with a pisco cocktail-making experience, Chilean cuisine, and delightful surprises to foster connections with fellow participants and Chilean companies.
Workshop session 12th June
After breakfast at the hotel, we will make our way to the Real Teatro de Retiro for the workshop session.
These one-on-one meetings will start from 9AM and will finish by 5PM, counting with two coffe breaks and one lunch break.
Meetings can be scheduled through this platform once your registration is completed.
Each exhibitor will host mini "stands" for conducting these brief 10-15 minute one-on-one sessions.
